The principal reason we should transform our life is that we lack true freedom. We have no freedom to avoid ageing, sickness, death, and a myriad of other problems and sufferings. Buddha indicated that we can transform our existence from a state conditioned by such miseries into a state permanently free from them. Such freedom can never arise naturally, nor manifest simply because we die. Instead, we must create the causes to attain true freedom. Learn how to enter the path to such transformation.

If we wish for a controlled and stable mind, free from agitation, then we need to learn to guard our mind. Guarding our mind involves developing both good mental habits and wisdom. This course will explore methods to develop both. The accomplishment of such qualities enables us to maintain inner peace, even if provoked. Therefore, a person who possesses such qualities naturally has a powerful mind and extraordinarily positive behavior.
